How do I order pet food online in Pakistan?

Add what you need to the cart and check out with your address and phone number — no account required. You can also send the list on WhatsApp and we will place the order for you and confirm the total before it ships.

Do you deliver to my city?

Yes. We ship to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot and anywhere else our courier reaches. Orders leave the same or next working day and usually arrive in 2–4 days.

How much is delivery, and is Cash on Delivery available?

Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 4,000; below that a flat charge is shown in the cart before you confirm. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide — you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. Bank transfer is available if you prefer to pay in advance. We do not take card payments online.

Is the food genuine, and what about expiry?

Everything is bought from the brand's Pakistan distributor or importer and ships sealed, with the batch and expiry printed on the bag. If a bag arrives damaged or short-dated, tell us and we replace it.

Where is your pet shop in Lahore?

Four counters: Outfall Road opposite UVAS, DHA Phase 3, Lake City and UET. The addresses and opening hours are on the contact page, and the vet clinic runs alongside them.

Can a vet advise me on what to feed?

Yes — our veterinary clinic page has the clinic's hours and an online consultation option. Bring the pet in, or send the age, weight and what it eats now, and the team will suggest a diet and the amount per day.
